Return & Exchange Policy
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, with tags still attached, and in its original condition.
- A receipt or confirmation email is required for online purchases.
- Items must be returned to our Dubai or Abu Dhabi shops within the 14-day period. Returns or exchanges outside this period will not be accepted.
- Used items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at sales@naniab.com or admin@naniab.me to notify us of the return or exchange request.
- The buyer will be responsible for delivering the items to our shops in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please note, refunds will not be issued for items that do not meet the return conditions outlined above.
